Anyone can purchase up to four (4) tickets of either the VIP or General Admission tickets.

RomCon will be held at 603 2nd Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11232 in Industry City, Brooklyn, accessible via the D, N, and R subway lines at the 36th Street Station (4th Avenue and 36th Street), or by car. There is an elevator-accessible entrance for the event located at 33 35th St., Brooklyn, NY 11232.

On Saturday, October 24, registration will open at 9 a.m., with panel programming beginning at 10 a.m. and programming concluding at 6:30 p.m. The full event lineup, including more information about signings, will be shared closer to the event.

Included in a General Admission ticket:

• Access to the full day of RomCon, including panels, signings, retail exclusives, and more
• Lunch and refreshments throughout the day

• Everything that comes with a General Admission ticket
• Preferred seating
• Priority access to author signings
• VIP gift bag

We recommend arriving by the evening of Friday, October 23, since we’ll get a bright and early start on Saturday. Your ticket confirmation will include discount information about rooms at Ace Hotel Brooklyn, and we also recommend Sela V, Nu Hotel, or other options within reasonable proximity to Industry City, where the event will be held.

We are committed to making RomCon accessible to all guests. When you purchase your ticket, we’ll ask about your accessibility accommodation requests, and from there, we’ll share relevant information directly. Lunch and light refreshments (with accommodations for dietary restrictions) are included with your RomCon ticket. Industry City is also home to many food vendors in close proximity to the event space should you want to access dining options before or after the event.

Ticketholders will be contacted with more information about author signings in the lead-up to the event. VIP ticketholders will be granted priority access.

Though we hope to make everyone’s RomCon dreams come true, speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice, and due to time and space constraints, not all attendees will be able to have their books signed by every author.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can visit our Room 831 Substack chat to find others interested in attending and potentially resell your ticket. Note that these transactions will be independent of 831 Stories and at your own discretion. Any resale tickets will need to be manually updated with the new attendee’s information; email us at romcon@831stories.com to get it sorted.

You are welcome to come and go as you please, but we are only able to accommodate ticket sales for the full day.
